WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO GET MY SHOES?

All shoes are completely hand made by myself, no team, just me. So I like to take my time and not rush the process in order to give you the most perfect shoes possible. Also to ensure that you get the maximum amount of wear out of your shoes, helping them stay fresher looking for longer.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Worldwide shipping is available and will be calculated at checkout. I am also not responsible for customs charges you may receive.

WHAT DOES INSURED SHIPPING MEAN?

If you choose the insured option at checkout and worst case scenario is they get lost, then you are insured for a new pair. This new pair will be made as soon as possible and sent out with the quickest shipping option available.

It does not mean insured for a refund as the postal companies that we use do not insure past a certain amount. So this insurance is for a brand new pair of GBCs.

I HAVE SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE, WHAT CAN I DO?

You must contact me as soon as possible to let me know as I will be able to change it then. But once I have started your shoes there is no way back. I cannot exchange them or refund you so please be 100% sure before placing your order.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT MY UK SIZE IS?

A little tip from me - Don't google it. Google isn't always reliable as different sites say different sizes. What I recommend you doing is looking at the inside tag of shoes you already have (preferably the same brand too as different makes can have different sizing) and check the UK size next to your original size.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY SHOES?

I would NOT recommend you machine washing them or using a clean kit as that would be too rough and may damage the fabric. How I clean my personal pairs is by using a baby wipe or any wet wipe to take as much dirt off by GENTLY rubbing the area. (clean at your own risk)
